Website analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare provides aggregate traffic and performance measurements such as page views, referring sites, countries, device types, and web performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint individual visitors for analytics.

PostHog product analytics

PostHog helps us understand which SignalDue pages, calls to action, and audit-preparation steps are useful. Where consent is required, PostHog remains off until you accept analytics. Elsewhere it may start automatically, and you can turn it off at any time.

PostHog receives an anonymous browser identifier, an anonymous session identifier, page paths, referring domains, campaign parameters, browser/device information, section views, CTA placements, engagement time, scroll depth, and controlled workflow events. We do not send form values, names, email addresses, store domains, filenames, uploaded CSV contents, audit references, or customer/order data to PostHog.

PostHog data is sent to its European Union service endpoint. SignalDue does not use this analytics data for advertising and does not sell it.

Audit requests

When you request a free audit, SignalDue receives the contact and store details you enter, plus the anonymized CSV you explicitly upload. That information is used to validate the request, perform the requested analysis, deliver the report, prevent abuse, and respond to you.

The browser anonymizer runs locally before submission. SignalDue asks you to confirm that customer personally identifiable information has been removed. Uploaded audit files and contact details are not copied into website analytics.

We retain audit information only for as long as needed to prepare and deliver the requested report, answer related questions, maintain security, and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Business contacts and outreach

We may process limited professional information about representatives of businesses that could reasonably be interested in SignalDue, such as a name, work email address, role, employer, public store or company information, the source of the contact, our correspondence, and marketing or objection preferences.

We obtain this information from you, your employer, recommendations, events, professional directories, and publicly available business websites or profiles. We use it to assess whether SignalDue may be relevant, send proportionate business-to-business communications where permitted by applicable law, respond to enquiries, and manage our commercial relationships.

Where permitted, this processing is based on our legitimate interest in developing and communicating about SignalDue to relevant professional contacts. Where consent is required by applicable electronic-marketing law, we rely on consent instead. We do not use this basis to send indiscriminate messages or to target consumers.

Business-contact and outreach records are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. If you object or unsubscribe, we retain the minimum information needed on a suppression list for as long as necessary to ensure that we do not contact you again. We do not sell prospect information.

Your rights and choices

• You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal information where applicable.
• You may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. We will stop direct marketing when you object.
• You may withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent.
• You can reject optional PostHog analytics when the banner appears.
• You can reopen Privacy choices from any page footer and withdraw a previous choice.
• Global Privacy Control is treated as a rejection of PostHog analytics.
• Blocking PostHog does not restrict access to the site, anonymizer, or audit request.

To exercise a right or opt out of business outreach, email stefan@signaldue.com or reply to the message you received. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) or your local supervisory authority.

Providers and requests

SignalDue uses Cloudflare for site delivery, security, storage, and aggregate web analytics; PostHog for optional product analytics; Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention; and an email delivery provider for audit correspondence.

Service providers process information under appropriate contractual safeguards. Where information is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use an adequacy decision or another lawful safeguard where required.

We may update this notice when our services, providers, or legal requirements change.
